New recipe I came up with this morning with crazy health benefitsz.
Lucuma is rich in antioxidants and fibre but has a sweet maple-syrupy taste
Maca is made from a plant in Peru and is beneficial for energy and stamina and has said to help people with mild anxiety and depression. Hooray.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 a handful of raw almonds
- 1 spoonful of goji berries
- 1. 5 teaspoons of coconut shredder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of maca powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of Lucuma powder
- 1 spoonful of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
- Almond milk – depending on the consistency you like. I use 1 cup
This is a small serving but I’m full before I finish it.
