You can put any type of vegetables in nori but I stuffed mine with avocado, alfalfa, mung, clover, snow pea sprouts, rocket, green capsicum and cucumber. To make the rolls you literally wet the nori slightly (i just use wet hands) and wrap the contents up. You can serve with sesame oil or soy sauce but both mixed together with a little bit of chilli is my favourite.
Sprouts like mung beans and alfalfa, are good sources of protein, vitamin A, niacin and calcium, making them advantageous for your muscles, skin, metabolism and bone health and increasing the amount of green vegetables in your diet can reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes by up to 14%
